At present our online orders are only delivered within South Africa. If you would like a quotation to deliver to another country please contact Lifson Products on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
There is no charge to collect from our factory in Lansdowne or our factory outlet in Woodstock.
R150 (incl. VAT) flat fee charged for shipping to all major metropolitan areas
R300 (incl. VAT) charged for shipping to outlying areas

Orders are subject to stock availability and receipt of payment. Requests will be processed and prepared for delivery only once payment has been received. For remote areas not serviced by our courier, we will deliver via the Post Office or provide you with a quote to deliver.
Lifson Products will supply all goods in good condition and unless advised by the purchaser, we will assume all orders have been delivered in the same good condition.
3. SHIPPING TIMING
Orders take approximately one to two weeks to deliver from date of receipt of confirmation of order and payment.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our care and wash instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care and wash instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the products is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse and incorrect washing.
Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
Items that can’t be returned: Any custom-made items or bed linen that has been washed.
Lifson Products reserves the right to send any products returned to our overseas suppliers or to any independent testing laboratory of our choosing for testing. During this time no exchange or refund will be given until the results of the tests are confirmed. If it is found that misrepresentation has taken place, all testing costs and shipping costs will be for your, the purchasers’ account. You, the purchaser will have an equal opportunity to send the product for further testing if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the test performed on Lifson Products’ behalf.
